Wash Your Face Twice a Day

Just a quick post on why you should wash your face twice a day. My mom always says there is no need especially for her since she has really dry skin she just kinda tones in the morning and washes her face at night. It is important to wash your face in the morning because when you sleep your face gets in contact with your pillow. Also your hair contacts with your pillow. SOOOO… the oil on your hair may rub into the pillow and transfer to your face. Same with your face producing oils transfering to the pillow and night after night your face will get some oils as well. No on washes their pillow like daily. And its even worse if you use hair products like hairspray or gel. Everyone knows why you need to wash face at night. Dirt and grime thoughout the day plus to remove makeup (if you wear makeup). Conclusion… wash your face twice a day. Use the appropriate cleanser and moisturizer for your skin type and you should be A-OKAY!!!!
