Frugal Living: Canadian In Season Produce Guide

GLOSSette here!!! In my recent Frugal Living video “Eat Cheap & Fresh” I featured a produce guide. I adapted this document since I did not like how the original produce guide was categorized per fruit and vegetable. I like to go by month so before I grocery shopping I can just glance over at the column for that month. To me that seems way more easier and less work. We are all too busy to spend too much extra time in order to save and eat right.

They will be in landscape format and have two per page. I do use a half size binder for my home management needs hence why the printables will be in the size it is. Feel free to print these for personal use. All you have to do is click the picture shown and a PDF file will pop up for you to print at leisure. If you choose to share with your friends, please link them to my blog and my Youtube channels 🙂
